骨折愈合过程中超氧化物歧化酶含量变化及抗自由基治疗的临床观察

摘要 为探讨自由基所致损伤对骨折愈合的影响,利用放射免疫分析方法检测骨折前后及手术本身所致的人体内超氧化物歧化酶含量变化及随后骨折愈合过程中超氧化物歧化酶含量变化,并观察治疗组在使用外源性自由基清除剂后相应阶段超氧化物歧化酶变化,间接说明人体内自由基量的变化。结果表明抗自由基治疗可作为骨折及手术创伤后减轻组织继发性损伤的辅助措施。尽管本研究尚无法更深入地揭示自由基及超氧化物歧化酶对骨折愈合影响的发生机理,但所取得的结果可作为围手术期治疗的参考依据,认为抗自由基治疗可作为促进骨折修复的辅助手段。 In order to explore the influence of free radical caused injury on fracture healing, pre and post fracture changes of the SOD levels in the human body, including ones resulted from surgery itself and occurring in fracture healing, were detected by automatic radioimmunoanalytical method, and SOD changes in the corresponding stages of the treated group following the application of exogenous free radical scavenger were observed, indirectly reflecting the changes of free radical levels in the human body. The results showed that the anti free radical treatment could be used to alleviate the secondary tissue injury after fracture and surgical trauma. Although this study failed to deeply reveal the occurring mechanism of the influence of free radical and SOD on fracture healing, the results obtained could be used as a reference basis for the peri surgical treatment and an auxiliary method for accelerating fracture healing.
