摘要
提要目的通过对临床医护人员手卫生监测结果分析,了解医护人员手卫生状况,并提出改进措施。方法从1999—2008年连续10年对宝鸡市市辖20家医疗机构的医护人员手消毒效果进行采样检测。结果10年间共监测医护手样本207份,合格159份,合格率为76.8%;其中厂矿医院合格率为83.0%,高于市辖二级以上医院。结论探讨通过一系列有效措施的实施,旨在提高医护人员手卫生质量,控制医院感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE Through to the clinical medical care personnel hand health monitoring result analysis, understood that the medical care personnel hand hygiene condition, and proposes the corrective measure. METHODS Governs 20 Medical establishment＇s medical care personnel hand disinfection effect from 1999—2008 year 10 year to Baoji to carry on the sampling examination continuously. RESULTS during 10 years altogether monitor medical hand guard 207, qualified 159, qualified rate 76.8% . And the factories and mines hospital qualified rate is 83.0%, is higher than the city to govern the second-level above hospital. CONCLUSION The discussion through a series of effective action’s implementation, is for the purpose of raising the master sanitary quality, controls the nosocomial infection the occurrence.
