三类饮料三维荧光等高线特征谱规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 用图像信息统计法,提取了橙汁、绿茶和凉茶3类饮料共33个样本分别在Em方向和Ex方向的三维荧光等高线特征谱IEm和IEx,并对其变化规律进行了分析。结果表明,IEm的特征性强于IEx,同类饮料IEm谱的谱峰形状和位置基本一致,不同类型的差异较大。基于IEm和IEx谱,将各样本均与1号样本比较,得到了样本之间的欧氏距离dEm、dEx和平均相关系数R三个参数,发现dEm-dEx-R三维图对三类饮料有较好的聚类作用,依样本点在空间的位置,可实现对三类饮料样品的鉴别。 IEm and IEx characteristic spectra of 3D fluorescence contours of 33 samples from three types of beverages were extracted by statistical method for image information. The analysis of the variation between them showed that the characteristic of IEm was stronger than that of IEx. The peak shapes and wavelength ranges of IEm within the similar types of drinks were basically the same,but they were significantly different in different kinds of drinks. Based on IEm and IEx,each sample was compared with the first one and then three parameters,euclidean distance dEm,dEx and the average correlation coefficient R were obtained. The results of clustering analysis by IEm-IEx-R 3D plot were satisfied,and the samples could be identified according to the locations of sample points.
