摘要
在一定条件下,以纯氧为氧化剂,对含有机物的废硫酸进行催化氧化。同时考察了FeSO4、TiO2、MnO2、SeO2等催化剂的处理效果,其COD去除率均在60%以上。此外,以Fe2+为催化剂,重点探讨了纯氧流速、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、H2O2用量等因素对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,该法能有效去除废硫酸中的有机物。
The effects of several catalysts
such as FeSO4,TiO2,MnO2 and SeO2 on oxidation of organic substances contained in
waste sulphuric acid using pure oxygen as oxidizing agent under certain conditions
were examinated In all cases,COD removal efficiencies were over 65%Further
experiments were performed in the presence of Fe2+ catalyst to verify the effects of
oxygen flow rate, reaction temperature and time,and amount of catalyst and H2O2 on
COD removal efficiency The results showed that organic substances could be removed
