创业教育“时滞效应”与创业教育效果评价分析 被引量：27

摘要 国家为鼓励大学生创业,对创业教育投入了大量的人力、物力,但是,大学毕业生的创业率仍然很低。对此,产生了不同的看法,并引起了争议。在分析国内外有关创业教育文献的基础上,发现了创业教育存在一个统计学规律,即人们从接受创业教育到真正产生创业行为大约有10年左右的时间间隔,我们将这一现象叫做创业教育的"时滞效应"。该效应的发现,对正确理解创业教育的作用机制,改进创业教育教学方法,有效地评价创业教育效果有重要的启示。
