摘要 游梁式抽油机拖动系统一直存在几个主要问题:一是系统效率比较低;二是带有冲击的周期性交变载荷;三是能耗较大;四是半负荷或者轻负荷问题十分严重。针对上面游梁式抽油机拖动系统中存在的一系列问题,分析研究了抽油机的工作原理、负载特性,并对油田所采用的各种节能措施进行了比较,明确了各种节能措施的优缺点,在此基础上对抽油机电机变频调速控制系统的研究。 There have been several problems in the beam pumping unit system as follows.First,system efficiency is very low;Second,load feature of the beam pumping unit is periodical and alterative load with impact;Third,it raises the oil extraction of cost due to large energy loss;And finally,the problem of half load or light load is still serious.For the series of problems in beam pumping unit system above mentioned,operating principle and load characteristic of the beam pumping unit are analyzed;and compared all kinds of the energy-saving methods on the oil field;definitely indicated the advantage and short coming of the energy-saving methods,based on these factors above,the variable frequency control the beam unit pumping system is a reasonable choice by putting to test.
