摘要
档案保护的刑事立法急需完善。在此过程中,应强调"三个应当:"应当设置单节"妨害档案管理罪",应当加强对非国有档案的刑事保护,应当注重刑法与档案法规定的衔接。
Criminal legislation of file protection is urgently needed to improve.In this process,＂three should be＂ should be stressed：a single section ＂crime of obstruction file management ＂ shuould be set up,the non-state files criminal protection should be strengthened and we should focus on the coordination between criminal law and file law.
