胃大部切除Billroth Ⅱ式吻合术后治疗性经内镜逆行胰胆管造影的诊治探讨
摘要
胃大部切除BillrothⅡ式吻合术是外科常见的手术方式，由于该手术方法使胃肠生理解剖结构有较大改变，因此对经内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）操作有一定的影响。本研究收集我科2005年6月至2009年6月行ERCP检查患者共47例，均为胃大部切除BillrothⅡ式吻合术后，对此类患者ERCP操作的方法、技巧和相关并发症做了初步的探讨和分析。现报道如下。
