摘要
目的探讨妊娠期血小板减少的原因及临床处理方法。方法总结2003年至2008年安阳市妇幼保健院收住的妊娠期血小板减少患者116例的临床资料。结果妊娠期血小板减少的主要原因有妊娠相关性血小板减少(PAT),特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)和妊娠期高血压疾病(PIH)。其中PAT不需治疗,妊娠期高血压疾病以皮质激素及输血小板为主,ITP以皮质激素和免疫球蛋白为主。结论妊娠期血小板减少原因较多,应根据不同情况进行不同处理。
Objective To investigate the causes and management of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy.Methods A retrospective study of 116 cases of thrombocypenia in pregnancy in our hospital during 2003-2008 was conducted.Results Thrombocytopenia in pregnancy was mainly caused by pregnancy-associated thrombocytopenia （PAT）,idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura（ITP） and hypertensive disord complicating pregnancy.No special treatment was necessary for patients with PAT;prednisone and platelet transfusion were primary treatment for those with PIH,and for ITP,prednisone or intravenous immunoglobulin（IVIG） was the first choice.Conclusion Several kinds of disorders during pregnancy can lead to gestational thrombocytopenia.The treatment should be different according to different causes.
