摘要
采用微波消解处理样品,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)法测定了8种豆制品中的K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Ni、Cr、Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd的含量。方法对各元素的检出限为0.003~0.043 mg/L,相对标准偏差0.74%~3.27%,加标回收实验的回收率为97.8%~105.3%。分析结果表明:微波消解-ICP/AES法测定豆制品中金属元素的含量具有快速、灵敏、准确性较好等优点。
Microwave digestion/ ICP-AES method was adopted for the determinations of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn, Ni.Cr.Zn.Cu.Pb.Cd in bean-product. The detection limit of each element is from 0. 003 to 0. 043 mg/L, the relative standard deviation is from 0.74% to3.27% , and the recovery ratio of spiked sample is from 97.8% to 105.3%. These results showed that the microwave digestion combined with ICP-AES is a sensitive method for the determination of elements in bean-product.
