溶剂萃取法从绿苏汁中提取紫苏醛的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用5种有机溶剂二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、石油醚、正己烷和异己烷对绿苏汁中的紫苏醛进行萃取分离。结果表明,正己烷和异己烷的提取效果较好。对正己烷和异己烷两种溶剂进行进一步实验表明,溶剂与料液充分搅拌15min即可达萃取平衡,完全分相时间需要1h;溶剂与料液比为1∶1时,有机相可反复萃取新鲜绿苏汁4批次;比较常压蒸馏和减压蒸馏回收有机溶剂,常压法对溶剂的回收率高,减压法回收紫苏醛几乎没有损失;采用异己烷做溶剂,紫苏醛的收率高,而且能耗低,对环境的污染少,但异己烷的价格高于正己烷。 Five organic solvents including dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,petroleum ether,n-hexane and isohexane were utilized for the extraction of perillaldehyde from perilla frutescens(L.)britt.leaf juice.Result shows that n-hexane and isohexane expressed the better separation effect.Further experiments upon n-hexane and isohexane show that extraction equilibrium achieved after 15 min thorough mixing and 1 h was required to clearly divide the two phases.As the ratio of solvent to feed was 1 :1,organic solvent could further extract perillaldehyde by 4 times the amount of feed.Comparison of atmospheric distillation with vacuum distillation for the recovery of organic solvent,much higher yield of solvent was obtained by atmospheric distillation,while almost no loss of perillaldehyde was attained by vacuum distillation.In case isohexane was selected as extracting solvent,higher yield of perillaldehyde,lower energy consumed and less pollution to the environment would be achieved,whereas accompanied by the shortcoming of higher cost of isohexane compared to nhexane.
