摘要
针对低速过载角接触球轴承的塑性变形,基于Palmgren半经验公式分析了载荷分布、接触角变化和钢球最大负荷。角接触球轴承的轴向载荷对工作接触角影响显著,而径向载荷影响微小。
Taking into account the plastic deformation of low speed and overload angular contact ball bearings, according to the semi-experienced formula of Palmgren, this paper analyzed the load distribution, contact angle variation and maximum ball burthen. It was found by calculation that thrust load had an evident effect on contact angle while radial load influences feebly.
