摘要
目的从测试项目和操作的可行性上来完善早期的中文版计算机化神经行为测试系统（ＮＥＳＣ３），以便推广应用。方法采用先进的计算机编程软件Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ和多媒体技术，编写计算机化ＮＥＳＣ３。结果ＮＥＳＣ３通过与手工测试相比较，具有较好的相关性。同一对象分期复测，结果经方差分析，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论ＮＥＳＣ３不仅测试项目完整，操作简便，且使用灵活。
Objective To improve the function of computerized neurobehavioral evaluation system in Chinese Version 2(NES C 2). Methods An advanced system known as NES C 3 was developed by using Delphi software and multi media technique;the correlation with NCTB and the reproducibility of the test and retest were analyzed. Results The NES C 3 was proved to have better compatibility with the conventional paper pencil tests of NCTB with correlation coefficients ranged from 0.04 to 0.90,and showed no significant difference between the test and retest. Conclusion NES C 3 has been improved in terms of its better function,more test items,convenient system for operation and data collection,which may herald its prospect of a wider popularity.
