广西北部林区木霉菌资源初探 被引量:3

摘要 为了明确广西北部林区木霉菌资源的种类及分布特征,2007~2008年从桂林、河池、柳州、百色4市8县主要林区采集不同海拔、不同林分、不同土层深度土壤进行木霉菌分离鉴定研究。结果表明,从广西北部林区土壤中共分离出121株木霉,经形态学分类研究,鉴定出11个种,另有2株为不确定种;广西北部林区木霉菌资源丰富,尤以有机质含量丰富、潮湿的森林表层、中层土壤木霉分布几率较高;哈茨木霉、拟康氏木霉和深绿木霉出现频率较高,是广西北部林区木霉资源的优势种类。 To determine the species and distribution characteristics of Trichoderma resources in forest soil of Northern Guangxi,different soil samples were collected from different altitude,forest types and soil layer depths in 8 counties of four cities of Guangxi,China,viz.,Guilin,Hechi,Liuzhou and Baise during 2007-2008.A total of one hundred and twenty-one Trichoderma strains were isolated from different forest and vegetation soil samples.Eleven species of Trichoderma were identified on the basis of morphological characteristics and 2 strains remained to be identified.The analysis of natural distribution of soil Trichoderma showed abundance of Trichoderma resources in forest area of Northern Guangxi,especially in humid forest surface and middle layer of soil with rich organic matter,Trichoderma harzianum,Trichoderma pseudokoningii and Trichoderma aureoviride were most frequently occurring species,and could be used for advantage species in Trichoderma resources in forest area of Northern Guangxi.
