摘要
随着路面冷铣刨机在路面养护施工中的大量使用,铣刨机金属探测技术的应用显得十分必要。通过分析、比较和实验,选择适当的金属探测技术方法和金属探测器,确定金属探测器安装在铣刨机上的最佳数量、位置和高度,使车辆在工作过程中自动避让金属障碍物或停机,保护铣刨鼓和刀具,降低施工单位和使用单位经济损失。
With a large number of milling machines used in the road's work,it is important that the metal detectors are fixed on the machines.After analyzing,comparing and experiment,a proper metal detector is chosen and fixed on the milling machine in a suitable quantity,on the proper position and height so that the milling machine can avoid the metal obstacles or stop,which can protect the milling rotor and the cutting tools and decrease the economic damage of the construction organization and the one uses the machine.
