摘要
农民体育是群众体育的核心部分,群众体育是我国体育事业的重要组成部分。运用社会排斥理论从经济、保障和福利制度、社会生活领域、管理与组织、文化教育与观念五个维度来诠释农民体育的发展障碍,旨在对农村体育发展影响因素给与全面的认识。
The poverty in the rural areas hinders the development of farmer＇s sport and the cultural construction in the Chinese New Countryside.The paper explains the farmer＇s sport development from the perspectives of economy,social welfare and guarantee system,social life,management and organization,education and concepts on the basis of social exclusion theory.
