摘要
为研究不同品种玉米叶绿素、归一化植被指数(NDVI)与施氮量之间的关系,以及叶绿素与NDVI的相关性,通过应用Green Seeker在不同时期对不同品种的玉米在不同施氮条件下归一化差值植被指数(NDVI)以及采用95%酒精浸泡法对叶片叶绿素含量进行了测定。结果表明:不同时期玉米叶绿素含量与NDVI值是不同的,叶绿素含量和NDVI值均随施氮量的增加而增大,其中最大施肥量增幅较大,叶绿素最大增幅为33%,NDVI最大增幅为7.25%,不同的玉米品种增幅也不同,郑单958,吉农302要好于农大588。叶绿素与NDVI在不同时期均呈显著正相关,追肥处理吉农302、农大588和郑单958,相关系数分别为0.8654,0.8747,0.8701;未追肥处理相关系数分别为0.8775,0.8626,0.7765。
In order to study the interrelation between the different varieties of corn chlorophyll,Normalized Difference Vegetation Index（NDVI） and the nitrogen applying rate,as well as the correlation between chlorophyll and NDVI,this paper through the application of Green Seeker at different times on different varieties of corn under different nitrogen applying rate Normalized Difference Vegetation Index（NDVI）,and the use of 95% alcohol dipping method to measure the chlorophyll content.The results showed that at different times the chlorophyll content of corn and the NDVI values were different,chlorophyll content and NDVI values were increased with the nitrogen applying rate,the maximum fertilizer increased,chlorophyll increased of 33%,NDVI increased of 7.25%,the different varieties of corn increased.
