摘要
利用矿山压力基础理论、锚杆支护设计理论方法,综合目前高地压支护围岩松动圈理论,根据相近地段采样的标本进行数值模拟计算,比照沿空掘巷的支护方案,结合回采巷道维修时被动支护方案的比较分析,融合巷道岩层深部的岩体力学特性,选择合理的巷道围岩控制方法及锚梁网支护技术参数、单体液压支柱配合十字铰接顶梁,回采期间还预埋注浆锚杆并采用迈步垛式支架控制顶板急速下沉,形成网矸墙。通过现场矿压观测,修正了支护参数,找到了解决邢台矿区沿空留巷支护的方法,使所留巷道的支护经济、稳定、可靠。减少顶板事故,降低维修费用和维护时间,达到安全高效的目的。
This paper applied numerical simulation to calculating different supporting methods on the basis of basic underground pressure theory,anchored bolt supporting method and loose circle theory.By comparing retaining roadway along gob with driving roadway along gob,it found a solution for supporting roadway retained along gob by selecting rational surrounding rock control method and supporting parameters of anchored beam mesh,single hydraulic prop with"+"articulated roof beam and controlling roof fast subsidence.Supporting parameters were amended after on-the-spot observation and this made roadway supporting economical,stable and reliable.
