摘要
针对影响轴承游隙的因素,应用ANSYS分析软件分析退卸套的应力及与轴承游隙的关系,从而确定轴承退卸套液压压紧装置的参数。使用该装置可以较好地控制轴承的压紧力度,精确调整轴承游隙,保证轴承工作在最佳状态。
Design parameters of a hydraulic clamping apparatus used for bearing putting-off sleeve was fixed through the ANSYS analysis software which could be applied to analyze the relationship of the stress of bearing putting-off sleeve and the clearance of bearing according to some concerned factors influencing the clearance of bearing. Using the apparatus,the bearing tightness could be controlled properly,the bearing clearance could be adjusted precisely,and the bearing will work in the best condition.
