摘要
玫瑰水是玫瑰花蒸馏提取制成的含玫瑰精油的新产品。玫瑰水富含多种有效成分,气味浓郁芳香,可消除面部皱纹、去黑眼圈和眼袋,并用于面膜护理,是一种天然化妆产品。由于我国还没有玫瑰水生产标准,目前玫瑰水生产工艺不尽合理,生产过程没有质量控制措施。生产的玫瑰水产品放置一段时间后会出现絮状沉淀物。本研究通过实验证明玫瑰水中絮状沉淀主要是由微生物因素引起的。针对原因提出生产过程无菌控制及膜过滤等消除沉淀的具体方法。
Rose water is a new product distilled from rose petals. It contains rose essential oil and rich aromatic and can be developed into natural cosmetics, but its quality is difficult to be guaranteed for the existence of an unreasonable production process. Flocculent sediments will appear after a period of time. Experiment shows that microorganisms cause the flocculent sediments. We can prevent the appearance of flocculent sediments by sterile control and membrane filtration in production process.
