斑马鱼仔鱼的人工培育实验 被引量:4

摘要 饵料投喂和水质是影响斑马鱼仔鱼存活率的主要因素,分别只投喂草履虫和卤虫,仔鱼存活率仅为37.8%。斑马鱼仔鱼的死亡高峰期主要在第13~15天之间,适量添加蛋黄颗粒能使此阶段的死亡率降低约20%。土霉素能预防仔鱼发育过程中病原微生物感染的发生,提高仔鱼的存活率。 Selection of appropriate diet and the quality of water are essential to the survival of zebrafish larvae. Their survival rate is only 37. 8% if fed live paramecia and nauplii of brine shrimp. Their mortality peak is mainly between 13 and 15 days. A proper addition of egg yolk can reduce their mortality rate by 20% in this period. A proper addition of oxytetracycline can protect them from aquatic pathogens and improve their survival rate.
