摘要
利用小型加氢评价装置,通过在Raney-Ni催化剂上对丁炔二醇加氢反应过程中的物料浓度、pH值、反应压力、温度、搅拌速度等工艺条件的调整,考察了各工艺条件对丁炔二醇加氢效果及正丁醇产生的影响。
The article analyzed the effect of different process conditions on 1,4-butynediol hydrogenation and butanol formation.These conditions include raw material concentration,pH valve,pressure,temperature and agitation speed etc.The test was performed in a small-sized hydrogenation plant based on Raney-Ni catalyst,which provided necessary analytical data for decreasing output of by-product butanol in industrial production.
