Ni-Ti记忆合金骨卡环抱持力的实验研究

摘要 本研究设计了对环抱器的抱持力进行测试的实验装置,并利用该装置研究了当用Ni-Ti形状记忆合金环抱器固定骨折时,环抱器臂拉开距离对环抱器抱持力的影响。通过研究抵抗作用下,影响骨卡环抱持器抱持力的状态,从而充分认识抵抗作用下环抱器抱持力的变化规律。通过实验观察到抵抗作用下,环抱器骨卡环在相同温度和开口度下抱持力随时间逐步增大,并最后趋于稳定的变化趋势;以及在相同温度和相同开口度下,抱持力随骨卡环不同位置变化的特征,即越靠近骨卡环开口处,抱持力越小的分布规律;这些研究为临床治疗提供了基于力学分析的指导和参考。 A special self-designed test device,embracing fixator,was used to measure the embracing force of Ni-Ti memory alloy bone clip.The effect of open distance of embracing fixator arm on the embracing force was investigated when the Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing was used to fix bond fractures.The embracing force status of clutching internal fixator was observed under resistance interactions to understand the role of resistance on embracing fixator’s embracing force.The experimental data shows that under the resistance condition,when the clutching internal fixator was in the same temperature and opening degree,its embracing force increased with time over,and tended to become steady;and it was also found that the more the opening was near to the clutching internal fixator,the smaller the responding force presented.The analysis results can be applied as instruction and reference in clinical care.
