摘要
诊脉是在东方医学中最重要的诊断方法之一。医生在诊脉时通过手指对桡动脉的按压,分别提取动脉的脉动信息以及血管的弹性形变信息来判定患者的生理病理信息。本项研究依赖显微超声的断层成像的手段将患者的血管变化以图像的形式表现出来,检测在一个心动周期中由于动脉搏动所造成的血管形变,进而推算出患者的脉搏波,这种的检测方法与传统的示波方法比较有更好的一致性;同时,通过外界施加压力,可以通过图像推断出血管的其他参数,为中医脉象的诊断探讨一种新的方法。
Pulse diagnosis is one of the most important diagnostic methods in the Oriental medicine.Doctors diagnose the troubles through the feelings of fingers of the right radial artery compression and extract information from the artery blood vessel pulse to judge physiological and pathological status of the patients.Current conventional diagnostic devices only function as a pressure sensor to detect the pulse wave,which can just partially reflect the doctors’feeling and lose large amounts of useful information.In this study,ultrasonic tomography was applied to detect vascular changes of the patients.By examining the deformation of arterial vessels in a cardiac cycle,features of the patient’s pulse waves were investigated.The method is in better consistence compared with traditional oscillographic methods.Meanwhile,it is possible to infer other parameters of vessels through the elastic deformation of radial artery vessels occurs by pressure,from which new approaches of pulse diagnosis may be established.
