摘要
从目前建筑工程渗漏仍较严重的现状出发，谈我国建筑防水从业人员素质教育的目标及措施，同时对有关政策、法规及媒体舆论的一些问题进行探讨。
In accordance with the fact that at present leaking is still a severe problem in buiding industry,the paper discusses the goal of making education for personnel working with building waterproofing and measure to be taken.In addition,relevant policy,regulations and media opinion etc.are also discussed.[
