摘要
介绍了一种在液位测量中超声回波信号的采集与处理方法。系统选用高性能的ARM处理器LPC2119处理数据;设计了IIR椭圆带通数字滤波器进行数字滤波,去除干扰噪声;滤波后使用假设检验的方法检验回波信号样本波动性的显著变化,从而识别出回波信号的起始点。此方法可方便地推广到其他物位测量及气体、液体的流速测量中。
A method about acquisition and processing of ultrasonic echo signal in liquid level measurement is introduced.The high-powered LPC2119 chip with ARM inner core is chosen as the system's processor.The IIR bandpass digital filter is designed to eliminate disturbance,significant change in fluctuation of echo signal sample is tested using the hypothesis testing in order to find the jumping off point of echo signal.This method can be promoted conveniently to other level measurement and velocity measurement of the gas or the liquid.
