摘要
构建了永磁同步交流伺服电机推拉送丝短路过渡焊接的送丝系统。该系统以TMS320F2812型DSP为控制核心,采用智能功率模块PS21564制作了交流伺服驱动器,完成了永磁同步电机的电流、速度、位置的三环调节系统。电流环通过矢量变换、空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)对电机的转矩进行控制,反映负载状况;速度环通过对速度校正可以提高系统的动态性能;位置环主要是对焊丝位置进行精确控制。实现了电机的正反转运行,实验证明系统响应速度快,运行平稳,送丝频率(电机正反转频率)达到了10Hz,为送丝系统的建立奠定了基础。
Constructi of the push-pull wire short-circuit feeding system with permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor,using DSP TMS320F2812 as the control center,the AC servo driver with intelligent power module PS21564 is produced.The permanent magnet synchronous motor current,speed,position of ring-conditioning system is completed,the current signal control the motor torque by vector transformation,SVPWM.The velocity correction can improve the dynamic performance,position loop precisely control the location of welding wire.Reversible motor to forward and reverse running,the experiment proves that the system response speed and smooth running,wire feeding frequency achieves 10 Hz,which bases on the foundation of wire feeding system.
