摘要
对聚合度为4000的高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)的非等温结晶行为进行了研究。用DSC测试了HPVC的非等温结晶过程,采用Ozawa法和莫志深法对所得数据进行了分析。结果发现,HPVC结晶度随降温速率和退火时间的增加而增大。在实验范围内,物料的非等温结晶动力学符合莫志深方程,并给出了动力学参数F(T)和a值。
In this paper,the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of HPVC,of which degree of polymerization was 4 000,was studied by DSC.The DSC data was analyzed through the methods of Ozawa and Mo.The results showed that the crystallization degree of HPVC increased with the increase of the cooling rate and the annealing time.The non-isothermal crystallization was fit for the Mo equation in the range of experiment,the kinetics constants F(T)and a value were determined.
