摘要
目的：评估我院门诊二类精神药品的用药情况，为临床管理和合理用药提供参考。方法：利用我院2006-2008年门诊部二类精神药品处方，采用限定日剂量和药物利用指数为指标，对二类精神药品的应用进行统计分析。结果：我院门诊7种二类精神药品的DUI均〈1．0，使用频率从高到低依次为艾司唑仑片、苯巴比妥片、地西泮注射液、咪迭唑仑注射液、地西泮片、苯巴比妥注射液、曲马多片。结论：二类精神药品整体应用情况基本合理，但有个别不合理现象，有必要引起医药人员及患者的高度注意，以促进临床合理用药。
Objective：To evaluate the utilization of the second kind psychotropic drugs in the outpatient department of our hospital so as to provide references for their clinical management and rational administration. Methods： The utilization of the second kind psyehotropic drugs was analyzed statistically by reviewing the outpatient prescriptions of the second kind psychotherapy in the outpatient department of our hospital between 2006 and 2008 using DDDs and DUI as indexes. Results：The DUIs of the 7 second kind psychotropic drugs in the outpatient department of our hospital were all less than 1.0, with Estazolam Tablets, Phenobarbital Tablets, Diazepam Injection, Midazolam Injection, Diazepam Tablets,Phenobarbital Injection and Tramadol Tablets showing the highest percentages in terms of DDDs. Conclusion：The use of the second kind psychotropie drugs in the outpatient department of our hospital was reasonable on the whole. However,the use of the second kind psychotropic drugs is far from perfect, which should be given highly attention in clinical use so as to promote rational drug use in the clinic.
