摘要
运用系统分析法并结合山东大学水资源的实际情况,建立了山东大学城市水资源可持续利用指标体系,这一指标体系分3个层次、9个方面,24个指标。采用模糊隶属函数对指标数据进行了无量纲化处理;用层次分析法确定了指标权重。并用综合指数法,以青岛市为评价参考标准,对2001~2007年山东大学城市水资源可利用水平进行了评价。结果表明,山东大学2001~2007年均未进入水资源可持续利用阶段。提出了山东大学水资源可持续利用的战略措施。
Based on systematic analysis and local actual situation of Jinan city, an index system for sustainable utilization of urban water resources has been set up. The index system includes 3 hierarchies, 9 respects, and 24 indices in total. Non-dimensionalized processing of the index data was conducted by using fuzzy subordinate function, and weights of the indices were determined by hierarchic analyses. A comprehensive multi- index method was used to evaluate the level of sustainable utilization of urban water resources in Jinan from 2001 to 2007 by referring the situation of Qingdao city. The result showed that Jinan city had not yet entered the stage of sustainable utilization of water resources in 2001-2007. Strategic measures for sustainable utilization of water resources in Jinan were proposed.
