摘要
浮游植物与湖泊富营养化息息相关。浮游植物群落结构特征及变化趋势是分析和预警水体富营养化和蓝藻水华的科学依据之一。从种类数、种类组成、个体数、初级生产力(叶绿素a)等多个方面,对1999~2008年中淀山湖浮游植物群落结构特征及变化趋势进行了统计分析,在此基础上,开展了优势种、生物学及富营养化评价研究。结果表明,10a来淀山湖浮游植物种类数由65种下降至58种,呈下降趋势;优势种由中营养向富营养种类演变;生物多样性指数10a平均值为2.25,评价结果为中污染;综合营养状态指数由1999年的54上升至2008年的61,由轻度富营养化逐步转变为中度富营养水平,已经具备爆发较大规模水华的条件。
Features and its variation of phytoplankton community in Dianshan Lake during 1999-2008 were discussed including the richness and composition of species, number of individuals, primary productivity (chlorophyll a in particular), and etc. Dominant species were identified thereof, and the diversity indices and eutrophication levels were evaluated. It has shown that the species richness, composition and cell densities of algae were changed considerably throughout the study period. The species richness of algae decreased from 65 to 58, while the dominant species shifted from Chroomonas (an indicator species of mesotrophic water) to Cryptomonas and Synedra (indicator species of eutrophic level). Values of H (Shannon-Weaver Index) averaged out at 2.25 representing moderate pollution state of the lake. Integrated nutritional indices rose from 54 by the year 1999 to 61 in 2008. The analyses of biological monitoring data of Dianshan Lake in the recent decade indicated that its state has been changing gradually from mild level to moderate one of the eutrophication that may lead to a massive outburst of algae bloom.
