摘要
目的：观察和分析本组12例早期筋膜室综合征病例的治疗方法与预后的关系.方法：采集、分析和比较本组12例病例的治疗情况,寻求保守方法治疗早期筋膜室综合征的规律以及手术治疗方法的指征.结果：本组12例病例治疗方法的选择是得当的,没有发生后期功能障碍.结论：早期筋膜室综合征的治疗,必赖于细心听取病人的主诉,及时仔细地观察病情的发展,反复准确地测量筋膜室内的压力,按照临床综合性指征选择治疗的方法.
