胎儿窘迫是临床上经常遇到的问题,采用乐杰主编〈妇产科学〉第7版诊断标准,胎儿窘迫是指胎儿在子宫内因急性或慢性缺氧危及其健康和生命的综合症状.近年来,越来越多的学者分别从流行病学调查、临床分析,病理及实验观察等方面探讨了发生胎儿窘迫的有关因素,本文就胎儿窘迫发生原因综述如下.
