摘要
目的：探讨CT引导下细针吸取细胞学在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价格.方法：收集临床乳腺肿块32病例,所有患者均采用CT引导下细针吸取细胞学检查.结果：确认浸润性导管癌25例,黏液癌10例,纤维腺瘤6例,导管内乳头状瘤3例,慢性脓肿1例.与病例诊断结果符合率为88.9%（40/45）.结论：CT引导下细针吸取细胞学检查对乳腺肿块不仅鉴别良恶,而且内部结构、周围组织之间关系显示更为直接,值得临床推广.
Objective：Discusses under the CT guidance the pintle absorption cytology in the mammary gland tumour diagnosis application price. Methods：Collects the clinical mammary gland tumour 32 case of illness,all patients use under the CT guidance the pintle absorption cytology inspection. Results：Confirms the wetting quality drive pipe cancer 25 examples, the mucus cancer 10 examples,the fibro-adenoma 6 examples,in the drive pipe the papilloma 3 examples,chronic abscess 1 example. Diagnoses the result coincidence rate with case of illness is 88.9% （40/45）. Conclusion： Under not only the CT guidance the pintle absorption cytology inspection distinguishes good to the mammary gland tumour wicked between, moreover the internal structure, periphery organizes to relate the demonstration to be more direct,is worth the clinical promotion.
