摘要
目的：探讨瘢痕切开术加切除术治疗PPH术后直肠狭窄的临床效果.方法：回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2010年6月采用瘢痕切开加切除术治疗的12例PPH术后直肠狭窄患者的临床资料,评估临床治疗效果.结果：经过治疗,12例均临床痊愈.术后1月原狭窄部食指通过顺利,均可插入直径2cm肛门镜,随访2年均排便正常.结论：瘢痕切开加切除术治疗PPH术后直肠狭窄,安全有效,值得临床推广.
Objective：After the discussion cicatricotomy technique adds the excision method to treat the PPH technique the stenosis reeti clinical effect. Methods：After the review analyzes my courtyard in January, 2008 ~2010 years in June to use the cicatricotomy to add the excision method treatment 12 example PPH technique the stenosis recti patient＇s clinical material, the appraisal clinical treatment result. Results： After treatment, 12 example clinical healings. After technique in January original narrow index finger through smooth,may insert the diameter 2cm rectoscope,makes a follow--up visit 2 yearly average bowel movement normally. Conclusion：After the cicatricotomy adds the excision method to treat the PPH technique the stenosis recti,safe effective,is worth the clinical promotion.
