摘要
目的：通过对浅静脉留置针采用不同的封管液封管，应用循证护理探讨最佳封管液。方法：将180名患者随机分为三组，分别使用50u／ml肝素液、0．9％氯化钠注射液及复方丹参注射液4-5ml采用正压封管的方法进行封管。结果：三组封管液堵管与漏管的情况经X。检验后，P〉0．05，数据差别无显著性意，都可应用于浅静脉留置针的封管。结论：三种封管液各有其优点，在确保患者舒适安全的前提下，应根据具体条件及病情选择合适患者病情的封管液。
Objecitve：Through uses the different tube sealing fluid seal tube to the shallow vein leaving alone needle, the application follows the card nursing discussion best tube sealing fluid. Methods：Divides into three groups stochastically 180 patients, uses the 50u/ml heparin fluid,0.9% sodium chloride inoculation fluid and compound prescription salvia miltiorrhiza inoculation fluid 4~5ml separately uses the positive pressure tube seal- ing the method to carry on the tube sealing. Results：Three group of tube sealing fluids stop up the tube and the anal fistula situation after X examination,P〉0.05,data difference non--significance Italy, all may apply in the shallow vein leaves alone the needle the tube sealing. Conclusion： Three kind of tube sealing fluids have its merit respectively,in guarantees the patient comfortable safety under the premise, should act according to the concrete term and the condition choice appropriate patient condition tube sealing fluid.
