摘要
目的：探讨急性百草枯农药中毒的抢救与护理经验。方法：回顾性总结8例急性百草枯中毒病人的护理经验，主要措施有：彻底清除毒物、严密观察病情变化、早期使用糖皮质激素、普奈洛尔、大剂量环磷酰胺等对抗剂、加强心理护理及恢复期护理。结果：经过厦时抢救和护理8例患者均痊愈出院，未出现死亡病例。结论：及时采取合理的救治和护理措施，是提高百草枯中毒患者抢救成功率的关键。
