摘要
目的：观察及分析妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的机理、临床表现及治疗情况。方法：将24例妇产科术后形成下肢深静脉血栓的患者进行治疗及临床观察与分析。结果：经过治疗患者病情得到控制，大部分患者痊愈出院。结论：术后积极预防及治疗下肢深静脉血栓，减少肺栓塞的发生率，减轻病死率。
Objective：After observation and analysis gynecology and obstetrics department technique lower limb deep phlebothrombosis mechanism,clinical manifestation and treatment situation. Methods：The patient forms the lower limb deep vein thrombus who after 24 example gynecology and obstetrics department technique carries on the treatment and the clinical observation and the analysis. Results：After treats the patient condition to be under the control,the majority of patients convalesce the out of hospital. Conclusion： After the technique positively prevents and treats the lower limb deep vein thrombus, reduces the pulmonary embolism the formation rate, reduces the case fatality rate.
