摘要
对油脂碱炼过程中的水洗废水直接在脱胶工序中应用进行研究。通过单因素与正交试验,确定了最佳工艺条件:水洗废水添加量为油重15%,脱胶时间30 min,脱胶温度75℃,搅拌速度60 r/min,在此条件下,得到脱胶油的磷含量为22.8 mg/kg。同时,采用水洗废水脱胶,生产每千克成品油可节省能量(35~37)kJ。
In this study, washed wastewater from lipid alkali refining process was applied in the degumming process. Through the single factor and orthogonal tests, the optimum conditions were determined as follows: washed wastewater amount, 15% of lipid; the degumming time, 30min; the degumming temperature, 75℃; the stirring speed, 60 r/min. The phosphorus content of the obtained degumming lipid under the above conditions was 22.8 mg/kg. Meanwhile, (35-37) kJ was saved when producing one kilogram oil product.
