摘要
通过对棉纤维和水溶维纶主要性能指标的对比,根据面料的品种、风格和性能确定了维棉伴纺的工艺路线,并结合水溶维纶的特点对各工序工艺及其注意事项进行了分析;指出借鉴水溶维纶伴纺棉纱工艺的特点,可促进高效短流程嵌入式复合纺纱技术的推广和产业化。
Based on the comparison of main performance indexes of cotton fiber and water - soluble polyvinyl fiber and according to the variety, style and characters of the face fabric, a processing flow of cotton polyvinyl fiber accompany spinning is determined with various processes and attentions in yarn production of water - soluble polyvinyl fiber analyzed. This fiber accompany spinning can promote and industrialize the embed composite spinning technology of high - efficient and short process flow.
