摘要 为满足水平井多段分层压裂的有效封隔及特殊井作业的需要,降低卡钻风险,研制了K344-108型小直径封隔器。通过对该封隔器的胶筒结构、安装方式及胶筒座肩部等进行改进,封隔器中心管承压能力可以达到70MPa,套管上、下密封压差达到65MPa。2009年,将K344-108型小直径封隔器与水力喷射压裂组合管柱在长庆油田现场应用12口井,实现了1趟管柱拖动多段压裂,各层段间施工压力差异明显,封隔可靠,施工后起出封隔器形状基本完好,满足了现场施工要求。 To satisfy the requirement of the effective pack-off of sectional fracturing of separate layers in horizontal wells and the special well operation,and to reduce the sticking risk,Model K344-108 small-diameter packer was developed.By improving the packer rubber structure,installment method and cup shoulder,the bearing capacity of the packer's central pipe can reach 70 MPa and the upper and lower sealing pressure-differential of the casing reaches 65 MPa.In 2009,Model K344-108 small-diameter packer and the hydraulic jet fracturing combination pipestring were applied to 12 wells in Changqing Oilfield,achieving one-trip pipestring dragging sectional fracturing.The difference of operating pressure between intervals is remarkable.The pack-off is reliable.The form of the tripped-out packer after the construction is basically kept intact,thus satisfying the requirement of field construction.
