摘要
1998年,在大庆和安达地区采集连种抗线品种(系)不同年限的土样7份。在盆栽条件下重新用标准品种鉴定选择后的线虫群体的生理小种类型。其结果表明,大庆土样,连种抗线品种(系)10年已改变为6号小种,连种3年已改变为4号小种;安达土样,连种抗线品种(系)6年改为14号小种,连种4年改为1号小种,连种3年仍为3号小种,轮作均为3号小种。说明连作使生理小种类型发生变化,随连作年限差异生理小种变化各异;原来抗线品种(系)由于连作选择作用变为感染品种(系)。
Seven soil samples were collected from rotation
and continuous resistant varieties planting fields in Anda Agricultural Research Institute and
Daqing Agricultural Research Institute in 1998. Dynamic change of races of soybean cyst
nematode was studied with Golden method. The results of the study showed that there were not
only formerly reported race 3 of SCN but also race 4 and race 6 of SCN in Daqing areas, and
race 14 of SCN was found in Anda areas, under the condition that continuous planting of
resistant varieties to race 3 of SCN was undertaken.
