摘要
类风湿关节炎以风、寒、湿、痰、瘀为标,肝肾两虚为本,病位在筋骨;治宜温阳散寒、通经化瘀、搜剔络邪为法,方选自拟温督通痹方。并附典型病例1则。
It is argued that rheumatoid arthritis results from wind,cold,dampness,phlegm and blood-stasis in the tip,and liver-kidney deficiency in the root,affects the sinews and bones;its treatment aims to warm yang and dispel cold,unblock meridian and collateral,and remove latent factors by ＂Wendu Tongbi Decoction＂.One typical case was presented.
