摘要
县域经济的发展对自然资源和区位特点具有较强的依赖性,对区域政策导向具有较强的敏感性。以省为单位进行县域经济综合竞争力分析,提高全省和不同县域经济发展决策的质量,需要以更为宏观的区域为单位,按照资源经济学和区域经济学研究的相关理论,依据区域自然资源相同、区位条件相似、产业及产业结构相同或相似、关联度比较大等条件,从各类型地区的自然属性和区位特征出发,对全省不同县域经济综合竞争力进行评价和研究。
County- level economic development depends mostly on the natural resources and regional characteristics, susceptible to the regional policies and guidance. Analysis to the comprehensive competition of the county - level economy in a province and improving the quality of policy - decisions in different counties need a wider area as a unit. According to the theories of resources economics and regional economics, evaluations and studies are given to the different counties with similar conditions of natural resources, locations, industrial structure and so on.
