摘要
基于三维造型软件UG构建了转轨堆垛机三维实体模型,在ADAMS中建立转轨堆垛机的虚拟样机模型并对其进行运动仿真,重点分析了转弯过程中堆垛机的速度变化规律,得到了堆垛机的动态轮压、运动轨迹等,为堆垛机的速度规划及结构设计提供了行之有效的分析方法。
A three-dimensional solid model of U-shaped rail-mounted SRM is established based on UG three-dimensional modeling software,and the virtual prototype model of the SRM is established in ADAMS with movement simulation performed for it,mainly analyzing the speed variation of the SRM during the turning and obtaining the dynamic wheel load of the SRM,the moving track of the SRM and so on; this provides an effective method for the speed planning and structure design for the SRM.
