简要介绍了中国联合水泥集团有限公司南阳分公司#1,#2长皮带的工艺流程、安装情况、驱动拉紧装置以及自动化控制系统;重点分析了这两条长皮带的电气控制系统在应用中出现的问题以及针对性的改进措施;最后提出了可进一步细化改进的方面和维护建议。
The process, installation, drive, tighteners and automatic control system of＂1,＂2 long belt conveyor of China Unite Group Co., Ltd. Nanyang Company were introduced in brief, and the improvement measures for the application problems of the two belt conveyors was analysed in detail. Finally, the matters that could be improved and the maintenance suggestions were put forward.
