摘要
通过对煤矿电网的谐波普查,发现徐矿集团所属煤矿6kV供电系统通风机串级调速装置有间谐波存在;主副井提升机谐波含量与6kV母线电压谐波总畸变率严重超标。经过有针对性的分析、调查、研究和试验,确定了适合该矿井实际的治理方案,并设计出了一套用于高压系统的混合型有源滤波器(FC+APF),该混合型有源滤波器:克服了APF其数字化控制系统中存在的延时对系统整体性能产生消极影响。同时结合设计研发实例提出了从器件选型、提高采样频率和应用信号预测算法3个方面有效减小延时以提高系统整体性能的方法。挂网运行表明该混合型有源滤波器谐波抑制效果显著。
After the investigation on harmonic wave in coal mine power lines,the discontinuous harmonic wave is discovered in power-supply system fanner cascade control equipments in Zhang xiaolou well of Xuzhou Mining Group;main and assistant well elevator harmonic wave content and 6 kV generatrix harmonic wave total aberration rate exceed their standards badly.After the targeted analysis,survey,study and trial,this paper determines the actual solution management scheme of the mine well,designs a set of FC and APF for high-pressure system,which overcomes the negative influence of delay in APF's digital control system on system's total performance,and indicates how to reduce delay to improve system's total performance from the three respects of device model selection to increase sample frequency and application signal prediction algorithm.The operation on line indicates that this active filter is effective on restraining harmonic wave.
