摘要
介绍一种采用PLC作为控制核心的显像管真空度在线自动检测机。着重介绍设备各部分的设计构成。采用该检测机可以在线自动完成对彩色显像管真空度的检测要求,该检测机检测精度可靠,工作效率高,具有一定的应用价值。
This paper introduces a PLC as the control center of the picture tube vacuum online automatic inspection machines.It mainly focuses on the design of various parts of this equipment and composition.The detector can be used to complete the on-line automatic detection of color picture tubes vacuum requirements,the detector is of precise measurement,reliable,highly efficient,has certain practical value.
