摘要
采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,分别在800℃,900℃,1000℃,1100℃四个温度和0.01/s,0.05/s,0.1/s,0.5/s,1/s五个变形速率的条件下,对00Cr17Ni14Mo2材料进行等温等速压缩试验。通过所获取的数据来绘制曲线图,分析温度、应变速率对材料流动应力的影响,最后采用MATLAB软件建立BP神经网络模型预测流动应力,与所得实验数据进行比较。
The compressing experiments of 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 material are accomplished by using the Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine,under the condition of the work temperature 800℃,900℃,1000℃,1 100℃ and different strain rates 0.01/s,0.05/s,0.1/s,0.5/s,1/s respectively.According to the data obtained,the stress-strains curves are plotted.The influences of the work temperature and the strain rate on the flow stress are analyzed by the data and the curves.Finally,this paper establishes a BP neural network model to predict the flow stress value which is comparing with the experimental data.
