摘要
抽水蓄能电站机组运行工况复杂,在不同工况下励磁调节器的运行模式分为发电模式、静态变频器(SFC)模式、背靠背模式、线路充电模式、黑启动模式和电制动模式。琅琊山电站机组投运以来,励磁系统的主要故障有抽水启动过程中励磁停止程序运行、机组深度进相励磁无法调节和励磁风扇投入时电源开关跳闸。介绍了励磁调节器的基本特性,分析了上述故障的原因,提出了解决方法,有效地解决了励磁系统的故障。
Pumped-Storage Power Plant (PSPP) Unit has many operation modes. According to the operation modes,the excitation regulator may operate several modes such as:generator,SFC,back to back,line charge,black start or electrical brake. In Langyashan PSPP the main faults of the excitation system happened in:act on excitation stop program during motor-pump starting,excitation regulation fails when units operate deeply as phase advancer and power supply circuit breakers trip when the excitation cooling fan switches on. Finally,the basic characteristics of excitation regulator is introduced. And the reasons of forementioned faults are analyzed and valid solution provided for excitation system faults.
